I love this Japanese soup on a cold, rainy day as we had in the valley this past Fri. Two of my favorite places in the area for Miso Soup are Miyuko's on Nees and Blackstone and Toyoko Steakhouse in Clovis. The tofu and the seaweed in the soup are healthy, also. :)

If the Fresno Fair had a soup competition, the soup at Caffe Fulton (1145 Fulton Mall) would win "Best of Show" every time. Roseann's homemade soups taste just like mom used to make (if mom made soup, that is).
Miyako's Blackstone and Nees
It's actually Miyako not Miyuko and not only do they have great miso soup they have great everything. I love the chicken teriyaki dinner. Jenny and her family have a wonderful restaurant. Be sure and leave a nice tip because they don't charge enough for the wonderful food and service. This is my MOST favorite place to eat and would eat there every night if I could.
