Easy access. Consistency is the main ingredient. Consistently good food, served hot or cold as you desire. Consistently good service from people that are friendly and always there, like Denise. I have a pic of one of those "giant" chocolate cookies, but it might have been the camera angle. Oh yeah, Denise is in it too.
