Salad at Bobby Salazar's

Usually you think Bobby Salazar's for burritos, tamales, etc. But their salads rock too. I especially like the Mexican Caesar Salad... It's Caesar Salad with a definite "South of the Border Attitude"! My next favorite is the Blaze Chicken Salad, which is basically chicken fajitas over salad (lettuce). You get that Mexican grill thing going and still keep it light on the carbs and such.
