What happened Clovis schools?

I just read a disc mojo review and decided to take my videos and turn them into a DVD I have some from a few games at clovis that i put on dvd

I didn't see the game last night but my daughter was there and just informed that the Bears beat the Eagles 28-25. Sounds like an exciting game, congrats Bears and Coach Vogt! :)

To be honest I was a bit overboard with my comments!!! I never would call out anyones job, weather it was a plummer, cop, or even a coach!!! Just sometimes I get a bit frustrated

Do it for the program, do it for the future football players!!! Vogt must go!!!!! No adjustments, same plays all night long!!! Is it stupidity or ignorance? I don't know!!! You figure, if a guy like Donnie Arax (coach at Bullard high) were at Buchanan than Buchanan would be a certain powerhouse!!! If you really think about it, Vogt hasn't had that much success compared to other Clovis coaches!! Heck, Tim Murphey at Clovis East has won more Valley titles than Vogt has, and he hasn't been there half as long as Vogt!!!

Vogt's success has been well expired since their last league title in 2002. Therefore, Buchanan needs to hire a new head coach because any coach is on the hotseat if he's had 4 consecutive losing seasons in Clovis. As a Buchanan student, I'm sick of the lack of execution both from the coaches and players. You don't call a WR screen seven times every game when your team can't execute them correctly. You've had 3 plays all year where you let your strong-armed senior QB throw it deep. Mix it up, there has been maybe one 1 or 2 trick plays called all year. Your offense is what makes your defense suffer since they're on the field a majority of the game. Run, run, pass, punt seems like the usual routine for the bears. Try to run a cover 2 man where the safeties can give help to your corners that lack speed instead of zone the whole game. Just about every class that has gone through Alta Sierra dominated back then but it's like they seem to forget how to play when they reach the varsity level. And you don't let a sophomore QB start a varsity game when he's backing up when a defender is 10 yards away. The kid needs more poise and to stay in the pocket and take the hit if he must. Maybe this is just frustration speaking but there needs to be a change in the program sometime in the near future. Don't get me wrong, I come to every game and support my bears but please make some adjustments. Having one head coach in the program's history may not always be the best thing.

If Vogt is such a fantastic coach then why hasnt he had a winning season in 5 years? Mike Vogt is a very soft coach!!! PERIOD!!! He cant coach a defense to save his rear!!!! Ever since Max Nueberry left, Buchanan has been mediocre at best!!!! Max Nueberry was Buchanan's defensive coordinator in the 90's and was a excellent coach! He made Vogt look so good it wasn't even funny. Vogt is average!!!

Don't know what's going on, my son played football for Buchanan for 4 years and was Captain of the team his Senior year. He was on the team the year they won their first and only Valley Championship. He played with Matt Giordano (Indiana Colts.) I see that Buchanan isn't even in the top 20 this year, too bad. Coach Voigt is such a great guy and a fantastic coach. Madera beat them at Homecoming last year. All of our kids were Varsity athletes at BHS in water polo, wrestling, swimming and football. We still enjoy going back to visit at Homecoming. Hope Clovis schools improve this week! :)
